OpenVoter 2.0.2 Released

Sorry for the delay, been a busy couple months with the holidays and all. Here's a quick rundown of what is updated in the latest release.
- The homepage now has the upcoming/popular toggle links at the top
- The submitting process has been improved for stability.
- There was an issue if reCAPTCHA was used when being viewed with Safari. This issue has been corrected
So go ahead and pick it up from the Downloads Page
