OpenVoter 2.0.3 Released

OpenVoter 2.0.3 has been released. This release sees an improvement for the API. While providing some better formatting and encoding support, it also now provides more info about the user who submitted. Instead of just the username and profile link, it now also provides the avatar. This could be useful for those who might want to make a feed application.
Not much more to say other than go ahead and check it out. Upgrade packages are available as well.
